Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through this website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Information submitted through our forms is used to review whether you may be suitable for studies supported by Cason Labs and to communicate with you about that review. Submitting your details does not create any obligation on your part, and it does not guarantee that you will be invited to take part in any study.

Program description. If you provide express consent, Cason Labs may send you recurring automated service updates and account notification text messages at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to your submission, scheduling, and account notifications.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and carrier; Cason Labs is not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

Carrier and delivery. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Separately from the SMS service program, you may consent to receive marketing communications and promotions at the phone number you provide. This consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us using the details above.
